The following terms used in this document have the meanings set out below:
- "Platform" — The king1 website (https://king1.mom) and all its services.
- "User" — Any person who has created or wishes to create an account on this platform.
- "Account" — A personal profile registered on king1.
- "Bonus" — Welcome bonuses, cashback, or other incentives offered by king1.
- "Bet" — A financial stake placed by a user on any game or event.
- "Wagering Requirement" — The total amount that must be wagered before winnings earned from a bonus can be withdrawn.
Eligibility & Registration
The following conditions must be met to open and use an account on the king1 platform:

- Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Account & Payments
Account Management
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your king1 account secure. Key terms regarding this:
- Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with any third party.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the king1 support team immediately.
- The account must be used for personal purposes only; using it on behalf of others or to manage their funds is prohibited.
- king1 reserves the right to deactivate accounts that remain inactive for an extended period.
- king1 may suspend or close any account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms.
Deposits & Withdrawals
king1 processes transactions through the following mobile banking methods only:
- Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
- Minimum Deposit: ৳100 per method.
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
- Withdrawal Time: Typically completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same account used for the deposit.
- king1 reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.
- Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
Bonuses & Gaming Rules
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Newly registered users on king1 can receive a welcome bonus along with various promotional benefits. Terms related to bonuses:
- Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Example — deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or deposit ৳12,000 and receive ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.
- Wagering Requirement: Winnings from a bonus become withdrawable after wagering the bonus amount just 10 times. Example — a ৳1,500 bonus requires a total of ৳15,000 in wagers.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
- Each promotional offer may have its own expiry date and additional conditions — see the relevant offer page for details.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless stated otherwise.
- Attempting to earn bonuses through fake accounts or manipulation may result in account cancellation.
VIP Program Terms
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
- Regular and active participation can help you reach higher VIP tiers.
- king1 reserves the right to make changes to VIP benefits at any time.
Betting & Gaming Rules
- All bets are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- If a game or bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the staked amount will be refunded.
- Disputes regarding a game result after it has been published will not be accepted unless a technical error is proven.
- The markets and odds displayed at the time a sports bet is placed will be considered final.
- king1 is not responsible for any losses caused by internet disconnection.
- If evidence of match fixing is found, the relevant account will be permanently closed.
Prohibited Activities & Responsible Gaming
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated method to play games.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Impersonating another user or creating an account with false information.
- Attempting to claim bonus benefits by operating multiple accounts.
- Attempting unauthorized access to king1's systems.
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in fraudulent communication with other users.
